Pre-orders

Your pre-order holds one kit from our first production run. We charge your card in full when you order. We start shipping December 1, 2026. Every pre-order should ship by December 8, 2026. Orders placed after December 1 ship within 2 business days.

 

Buying a gift?

Order by December 15th for the best shot at arrival by December 25. Once your kit leaves us, delivery time depends on the carrier.

 

Changed your mind?

You can cancel any time before your kit ships. Email us and we will refund you in full.

 

If we are late

If we can't ship by the date above, we will email you before that date with a new ship date. You choose: wait for the new date, or cancel for a full refund. If you don't answer and the new date is more than 30 days late, we will cancel your order and refund you. We send refunds to your original payment within 7 business days. Card refunds can take one billing cycle to show.

 

Want store credit instead?

Just ask. We only give credit if you ask for it.

 

After your kit arrives

All sales are final once your kit ships. We don't take returns if you change your mind.

 

Parts damaged or missing?

Email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement part or kit at no cost. We don't cover parts damaged during assembly or by changes you make to the hardware.

 

Your AI account

You need your own AI coding agent account, such as OpenAI Codex. That account is with another company, so we can't refund its fees. Builders ages 13 to 17 need a parent's permission to use Codex. Builders 18 and up can also use Claude Code.
